Useful things to mention

If you’re emailing about something specific, including the following helps us help you faster:

  • Bug reports — which page, what you did, what you expected to happen, what actually happened. Browser and device if you know them.
  • Feature requests — which calculator you’d like, ideally with a use case or a link to where it currently exists in a worse form.
  • Privacy enquiries — see our Privacy Policy for the full picture; if you want to exercise a UK GDPR right, mention it explicitly.
  • Press, partnerships, sponsorships — we’re not a big operation, but we’re happy to chat.
  • Anything else — just write what you’d write.

What we don’t respond to

  • Unsolicited SEO/backlink offers
  • “We can rank your site in 30 days” pitches
  • Crypto, AI agents-as-a-service, or anything that involves the phrase “10x your traffic”
  • Generic outreach with no actual point
